As a Service Writer, he’s on the front lines helping riders understand what their machines need and ensuring every job flows smoothly from check-in to pickup. His goal is simple: make service easy, transparent, and stress-free.

Outside the dealership, Chris enjoys spending time with his son and playing Pokémon GO—his free time is all about family, fun, and catching ’em all.

When it comes to food, he’s a big fan of both Asian cuisine and classic American favorites, especially a good steak.

Ryan brings decades of hands-on experience to the Route 1 Motorsports service team. He’s been turning wrenches since 2004, and his skill, precision, and passion show in every machine he works on.

While he’s versatile across all types of powersports equipment, he has a special love for anything that hits the water—personal watercraft, boats, and everything in between. He’s just as confident dialing in dirt machines and off-road builds, making him a go-to technician for riders of all kinds.

When asked what keeps him at Route 1 Motorsports, his answer is simple: the people. The supportive team environment and strong culture make it a place he genuinely enjoys coming to every day.

Priscilla brings a powerhouse blend of skill, experience, and pure passion to the Route 1 Motorsports service team. Well-traveled and naturally adventurous, she’s the definition of a thrill-seeking motorsports enthusiast. Her background spans a wide range of machines, riding styles, and real-world experience, giving her a unique edge when it comes to diagnosing, repairing, and fine-tuning anything with an engine.

She doesn’t just work on powersports—she lives it.
Priscilla owns four motorcycles, stunt rides for fun, and spends her free time drifting her 350Z like it was built for it. If it rips, roars, or flies across the asphalt, she’s all in. Her hands-on expertise and fearless approach make her an incredible asset to both our shop and the customers who trust us with their machines.

What drives her most is the satisfaction of bringing a machine back to life, pushing performance further, and helping fellow riders keep doing what they love. Whether it’s fine-tuning a bike, digging into a complex repair, or sharing her firsthand knowledge with customers, Priscilla attacks every challenge with precision, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for the craft.

Colten plays a vital role in keeping Route 1 Motorsports running smoothly every day. With a strong passion for motorsports and powersports, he’s right at home in the fast-paced, hands-on environment of the dealership. As a Porter and Boat Detailer, he helps maintain the flow of daily operations, ensures every boat leaves looking sharp, and gets to stay connected to the machines he loves.

For Colten, this isn’t just a job — it’s exactly where he wants to be.

Driven and eager to grow, he’s been learning directly from Steve in the service department, gaining valuable experience in boat mechanics and exploring future paths within the industry. His curiosity, determination, and willingness to put in the work make his potential limitless.

Outside the dealership, Colten stays active and adventurous. You’ll often find him playing basketball or skateboarding at the beach, soaking up the Florida lifestyle. And when it comes to food, nothing tops his mom’s chicken pot pie — his all-time favorite comfort dish.
