Spotlight on Excellence: Tim A - Our Employee of the Month!

A huge congratulations to our Service Manager, Tim. A, for being elected by FOUR employees, to be the first Employee of The Month in 2024. Way to be a leader into the new year! 

Tim has been with Route 1 for about 6.5 years. He's quiet and reserved but if you get him talking, you won't stop laughing with him. We would like to thank him for his service as he is a Navy Veteran and proud! He married his high school sweetheart and in their free time, they travel all over with their two best friends. He also has a passion for restoring old motorcycles and bringing beauty back to them. If you haven't already, you need to come check out the stunning 1982 Yamaha YZ125J in the Service Department! 

He currently owns 5 bikes, and when we asked him the question "Is one of those 5 a dream bike that you have always wanted?", he grinned from ear to ear.
